Confidentiality? 
Confidentiality means your information is not shared with anyone, and your privacy is protected. Ennis Counseling Center adheres to the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics. We strive and practice to keep you and your information safe and protected at all times.

What ages are served? 
Ennis Counseling Center provides counseling for all ages; both children and adults.

Are the Therapists licensed? 
Ennis Counseling Center contracts with fully licensed Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) who are also fully insured.

What services are provided? 
Professional counseling is provided in a confidential private setting by State licensed therapists. Each therapist has their own private liability insurance as well as years of experience in the field.

Do you take insurance? What’s the cost? 
Yes, we take insurance! We are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, McLaren Health Advantage and McLaren Health Plan, Medicaid, United Health, to name a few! The list is constantly being updated so please call for our current list. If we accept your insurance, the cost is minimal to none.

What if I am uninsured? 
Ennis Counseling Center offers a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured. We have partnered with Genesee Health System (GHS) to expedite the process for getting insured.

What if I don’t live in Flint? Can I be seen? 
At Ennis Counseling Center, we strive to meet needs of the entire Community. In fact, we service all of Genesee County, as well as Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties!

What are Community Counseling Centers? 
Ennis Counseling Center has received funding from Michigan DHHS and the City of Flint’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to provide professional counseling in local churches. Please visit the Locations page for more details.

Where is Ennis Counseling Center located? 
We are located at 129 E. Third Street in Downtown Flint, MI. Again, there are four (4) locations in the Community as well as offices in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties.
